Maintenance painter • Davis County, Iowa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Davis County, Iowa. You will measure up and work out paint and material quantities; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
