Join our team: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Massac County, Illinois. You will work at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. Day-to-day duties: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade 5+ years on the tools preferred.
