Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Kirfi, Bauchi State. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
