Car painter — Shetland Islands

Now hiring: we are hiring a car painter in Shetland Islands, Scotland. You will work at a dealership paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On a typical shift you will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
