What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Clear and reset tables between covers • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins 3+ years on the tools preferred.
