What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
