Cnc lathe operator — Etowah County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Etowah County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Load and index turning tools in the turret 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
