Shuttering carpenter • Ikenne, Ogun State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Ikenne, Ogun State. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Your main tasks: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Six days a week, one day off.
