VMC operator — Murray County

Now hiring: we are hiring a VMC operator in Murray County, Oklahoma. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
