Power float operator wanted in Copiah County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power float operator in Copiah County, Mississippi. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours The role involves lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
