Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Ellis County, Kansas. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. On a typical shift you will brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. Requirements: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off.
