Tracked excavator operator — Oglethorpe County

Join our team: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. The job is in a demolition and site-clearance yard. The role involves excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains. Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
