Quality assurance assistant — Glenn County

Join our team: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Glenn County, California. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
