Maintenance painter wanted in Saint Johns County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Saint Johns County, Florida. You will be based in a paint and spray workshop. You will apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer. Ideal candidate: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Own brushes and basic hand tools Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
