Restaurant steward — Ida County

Join our team: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Ida County, Iowa. You will be based at a banquet hall. You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
