Immediate opening: tile installer (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile installer in City of Waynesboro, Virginia. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. Day-to-day duties: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls You should have: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
