Plasterer's mate — Jim Wells County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Jim Wells County, Texas. You will work on a busy domestic building site. You will polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; check walls for plumb and level as you go; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
