Safety marshal — Branch County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Branch County, Michigan. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training On a typical shift you will verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
