Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
