Captain waiter wanted in Sabine County

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Sabine County, Texas. You will work at a beach resort. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Your main tasks: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $28 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
