Paint booth operator — Chesterfield County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Chesterfield County, Virginia. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper 5+ years on the tools preferred.
