Powder coating technician • Custer County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Custer County, Nebraska. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
