UPVC window fabricator — Iron County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Iron County, Wisconsin. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. On a typical shift you will drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile. You should have: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Full-time with occasional weekends.
