Foundry labourer wanted in Kankakee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Kankakee County, Illinois. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. What we are looking for: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Day to day you will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
