Great opportunity: bread and bun maker (Imo State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Orlu, Imo State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
