Backhoe loader operator — Tensas Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Tensas Parish, Louisiana. The job is in an open-cast mine. Your main tasks: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 4+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
