Retail butcher wanted in Overton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Overton County, Tennessee. Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
