What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls The role involves deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish.
