Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
