What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
