Banksman — Moray

Now hiring: we are hiring a banksman in Moray, Scotland. Your main tasks: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
