Vacancy available: we are hiring a laundry presser in Franklin County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep On the job you will handle: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
