Captain waiter — Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Monroe County, Wisconsin. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
