UPVC welding machine operator • Dawakin Tofa, Kano State

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Dawakin Tofa, Kano State. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges The role involves install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam.
