Immediate opening: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Hayes County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
