Panel welder • Lafia, Nasarawa State

Now hiring: we are hiring a panel welder in Lafia, Nasarawa State. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer ₦290,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
