Rigger — Kershaw County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigger in Kershaw County, South Carolina. You will work at a power plant. On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Performance bonus on top of base pay.
