Tower crane operator — Baker County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Baker County, Oregon. The role involves fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
