You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Day to day you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun.
