Marble fixer — Newberry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble fixer in Newberry County, South Carolina. You will be based on a residential building site. Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching Day-to-day duties: • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
