Pot washer — Champaign County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Champaign County, Ohio. The job is in a catering unit. You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
