Join our team: we are hiring a panel technician in Powell County, Kentucky. The job is at an accident repair garage. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop 4+ years on the tools preferred. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
