VMC operator — Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Jackson County, Indiana. You will be based in a toolroom. You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls You will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
