Turning centre operator — Harrison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Harrison County, Kentucky. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
