CNC programmer-operator — Orange County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Orange County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Rotating shifts.
