Join our team: we are hiring a press operator in Tazewell County, Virginia. You will fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; record output and downtime on the production sheet; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Part-time with flexible hours.
