Urgent requirement: elevator repair technician (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Midland County, Texas. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics The role involves: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Run load and overload tests with test weights Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
