We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Plymouth, England. You should have: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
