Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Pike County, Georgia. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
