Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Charles Mix County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 4+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
